I was looking for a ship’s ladder. Acadia’s website showed an image of exactly what I needed for our loft area. I worked w/ Acadia’s tech to adjust ladder’s hinge mechanism to accommodate attaching to the face of the truss on our loft. Ladder hinged perfectly. Initial order said that delivery might take up to 6-8 weeks; ours was delivered within 4 weeks. Very well made; have received many compliments on its construction. I would highly recommend Acadia for their ladders.

I would give Acadia Stairs high marks for Available choices, Expertise of the sales staff, Kindness and cooperation of the design & engineering staff, Ease of ordering, Payment options,on time delivery, and accuracy of the delivered product in its adherence to agreed upon design. I dealt mostly with Peter Lo, who was my main and only interface during all stages of the process of acquiring the steps. I attribute my excellent overall experience to Peter Lo. I bought two of them. If I ever were to be back in the market for stairs, I will definitely call on Peter Lo at Acadia Stairs.

My experience was great. Design, pricing, customer service, responsiveness was awesome. We had the stairs up in one day. Todd would always be there to answer questions before the purchase and with planning the installation. I would highly recommend Acadia Stairs to all.
